Two decades later, they discovered it was actually a whole life policy, with no payout. The frustration and confusion that followed left a lasting impression.

That experience led Firdaus to start Dollar Bureau in 2019, a platform created to simplify insurance and financial planning for everyday Singaporeans – helping you make better financial decisions. Since then, Dollar Bureau has reached over 30,000 monthly readers and helped more than 3,000 individuals speak to a financial advisor.
